Please read the following information carefully to ensure a smooth transfer experience.
Booking Requirements:
Please provide accurate flight/ferry details (Flight Number/Vessel Name and Arrival Time) and hotel name/address at checkout.
Bookings must be made at least 5 hours prior to your travel time.
Meeting Points:
Airport Arrival: The driver will be waiting at the Arrival Hall exit holding a placard with your name. Seaport Arrival: The driver will be waiting at the designated pickup area outside the terminal exit holding a placard with your name.
Hotel Pickup: Please be in the hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time.
Waiting Time Policy:
Arrivals: The driver will wait up to 60 minutes from your actual flight/ferry landing time. If you are delayed further due to immigration/luggage issues, please contact the operator immediately.
Departures: The driver will wait up to 15 minutes past the scheduled pickup time at the hotel lobby.
Luggage Policy:
Sedan: Max 3 passengers + 3 pieces of 24-inch luggage.
SUV: Max 5 passengers + 5 pieces of 24-inch luggage.
Van: Max 10 passengers + 10 pieces of 24-inch luggage.
Note: If you have oversized items (surfboards, wheelchairs, etc.), please inform us in advance as a larger vehicle may be required.
Surcharges *(Payable directly to the driver):*
Night Service: A surcharge of PHP 300 may apply for transfers between 10:00 PM and 5:00 AM.
Remote Areas: Drop-offs outside Tagbilaran or Panglao (e.g., Anda, Loboc, Jagna) will incur an additional distance fee. Please contact customer service for a quote.
Cancellation Policy:
Full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup. No refund for cancellations made within 24 hours or for "No Shows."
Emergency Contact:
In case of flight delays or inability to locate the driver, please call the hotline number provided on your voucher immediately.
